Digital Transformation: Institutional Web Environments

Bridging Strategic Identity and Technical Implementation

This project series involved the comprehensive relaunch of two major German foundations, requiring a sophisticated intersection of design systems and creative coding. Both platforms were built from the ground up — translating complex institutional values into high-performance, user-centric digital products.

The Joint Committee:
Security-Relevant Research

Tasked with creating a digital presence for the Joint Committee on the Handling of Security-Relevant Research, the focus was on clarity, authority, and seamless information architecture. I steered the project through the full product lifecycle: from initial UX concept and Interface Design to the final technical deployment.

The core of the interaction concept lies in purposeful micro-animations directly inspired by the brand’s logo. By deconstructing and re-animating these geometric elements, I brought the static identity to life, creating a dynamic user experience that mirrors the precision and movement of modern research.

Alfred Toepfer Stiftung F.V.S.

For one of Germany's most established private foundations, the challenge was to modernize a storied legacy through a contemporary digital lens. The relaunch of the Alfred Toepfer Stiftung F.V.S. required a delicate balance of heritage and innovation.

I led the transition from brand concept to the final digital interface, ensuring the foundation’s commitment to European culture and sustainability was reflected in a sleek, high-performance frontend. This project was realized in close collaboration with v1bes, who handled the heavy-duty technical implementation, allowing for a seamless fusion of high-end design and robust backend architecture.
